Welcome To The Punch Movie

Welcome To The Punch is an upcoming crime thriller movie written and directed by Eran Creevy and produced by Ridley Scott. The cast includes James McAvoy, Mark Strong, Peter Mullan and Andrea Riseborough. The story about a London detective (James McAvoy) and an ex-criminal (Mark Strong) - forced to return from his Icelandic hideaway - who become involved in a high-level conspiracy. The film is currently in post-production and should be released end of 2012.

Plot:
"Welcome to the Punch presents the story of a former criminal, Jacob Sternwood (Mark Strong) who is forced to return to London from his Icelandic hideaway when his son is involved in a heist gone wrong. This gives detective Max Lewinsky (James McAvoy) one last chance to catch the man he has always been after. As they face off, they start to uncover a deeper conspiracy they both need to solve in order to survive."
